A well known global publishing business based in the heart of the West End is looking for a Global Management Development Assistant to work as part of their busy Learning and Development team. An extremely visible global role you will responsible for coordinating and organising international training events, activities and projects for the top 100 staff within the organisation. If you are currently working in Learning and Development and keen to have greater access and exposure to Talent Management this represents a fantastic opportunity.
The role:
•Arranging and coordinating all aspects of global development events including travel, accommodation, training materials etc.
•Communicating all information and confirming booking details
•Preparation of budgets including updating databases and spreadsheets
•Ad hoc administrative duties
The person:
•Must have experience in a large corporate environment (ideally global)
•Experience of coordinating training events
•1st class organisation and communication skills
•Ability and desire to work in a fast paced HR environment
•HR systems experience preferred but sound pc and administrative skills a must
•Detail orientated
