A Leading Global Organisation are seeking a Global mobility specialist to be based out of their European office.
This role will support international and domestic mobility by reviewing and revising global strategies and frameworks to ensure that company processes are compliant and aligned with the HR strategy.
As well as developing policies this role will be in constant Liaison with third party Suppliers monitoring their performance via KPI’s and building long term effective relationships with all parties involved.
Key relationships in this role will be with various HR teams and the Global mobility specialist will be expected to support these functions.
It is essential that the successful candidate will be knowledgeable in European tax laws and has had significant exposure to international HR. The Global mobility specialist will posses excellent communication skills, be computer literate and ideally worked in Vendor management previously.
