We are currently recruiting into the Performance Improvement practice of one of the UK’s foremost business advisory firms. With a high profile brand and a strong reputation for the effective design, management and delivery of sustainable ‘people led’ change programmes, we are currently seeking to identify experienced change management consultants to join this highly successful team.

Focussed on working in partnership with clients and engaging their employees in the change process to achieve real results, our client offers in-depth expertise across behavioural, cultural and organisational change. We are seeking to recruit exceptional individuals with broad change management consulting experience, with depth of skills in either two or more of the following:-

• Change strategy
• Organizational structure & design
• Communications & stakeholder engagement
• Learning & Development
• Reward & performance management

You will have a proven track record of career progression in a management consulting environment and experience of working with significant Government and Public sector clients. Alternatively, you will be in an internal consulting / project management role in this sector, ideally with prior experience of working for a management consultancy.
