There is now an opportunity to join the team on a 6 month contract as a Graduate and Development Specialist. You will be involved in the development of graduate strategy and policy, managing the graduate budget, graduate recruitment and selection, graduate development and also the wider learning and development remit.
With experience within a graduate development or recruitment position, you will have skills in assessment centres, managing a graduate scheme, and managing a learning and development portfolio.
