Graduate & Development Specialist
6 month maternity cover.
salary up to £35k pro rata

Key Responsibilities:
Graduate Strategy, Policy and Budgets
* Develops and drives the graduate strategy for the UK & Ireland in collaboration with the Graduate Steering Committee
* Works with counterparts in Europe to share best practice and identify and drive synergies. Facilitates international placement opportunities where appropriate
* Initiates research and benchmarking initiatives as required, keeping up to date with the latest information and trends in recruitment, development and retention of graduates in the context of broader talent management strategies
* Assists in the budgetary planning for the graduate schemes. Manages the recruitment and development spend within the agreed budget
Graduate Recruitment and Selection
* Takes the lead in working with key internal business stakeholders to identify and agree the business requirements and target numbers for each graduate intake
* Identifies, builds and manages key university relationships that are aligned with our requirements for Finance and Engineering graduates
* Determines graduate candidate profiles in discussion with key business stakeholders
* Develops effective attraction, recruitment and selection strategies for Finance and Engineering graduates
* Manages efficient end to end recruitment and selection processes, delivering the required graduates numbers within the agreed timescales and budget
* Designs and manages graduate recruitment and assessment centres. Ensures all assessors are fully briefed and have the required recruitment skills/capability
* Analyses and feedbacks campaign metrics to key stakeholders
* Collaborates with teams to ensure the efficacy and smooth running of all recruitment and selection processes
