Job Summary
A leading Global Investment Bank requires a Graduate and Intern recruiter to support the technical side of their business. In this position you will manage the graduate recruitment process from building a candidate pool, supporting the selection process and presenting offers to potential new staff members.

Person Spec
Supporting the IT team, you will build relationships with both the business and the global resourcing team. You will also build relationships with graduate hiring managers and attend presentations and external targeting events. As a person you will have a working understanding of the graduate market and have technical knowledge of the investment banking market. Preferable you will have gained your graduate recruitment experiences within the Financial/Professional services market place. The position is available to start immediately.
