A Leading Investment Bank, seeks a professional Graduate Recruiter to assist with the Graduate and Intern recruitment in its Graduate Recruitment department.

This Graduate Recruiter position role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a busy , hardworking team, with excellent opportunities for personal growth and development. The Graduate Recruiter will play a vital role in the HR department, working alongside those who are responsible for graduate and post graduate population, Graduate and Intern recruitment for the Group Technology & Operations business areas. The role is temporary due to extra support required within the team during this busy period.

As a successful Graduate Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the process and the candidates from building the pool through selection process, management of targets, attend presentations and targeting events, diversity recruitment and build solid working relationships with hiring managers.

You will ideally have solid graduate recruitment experience gained in Financial Services or Corporate environment and teamwork and communication skills. This role of Graduate Recruiter has excellent opportunity to build upon previous Graduate experience gained within Financial or Professional Services.
