Graduate Recruitment Administrator, Birmingham £16-£20k plus benefits
Our client, one of the "Top 4" Professional Service firms located in Birmingham have a vacancy for a Graduate Recruitment Administrator to join the Team for a 12 month contract. The role involves providing an efficient and effective processing of HR pre and post offer administration for Graduate, industrial placements and summer internship recruitment and selection activities.
Duties include:
- Processing all administration, relating to offer of employment process, including the production of contracts, issuing of joining instructions, reference procedure, inductions, updating system
-Process payroll changes, reviewing and checking transactions and liaising with the Payroll and Benefits team.
- Adhoc projects
To be successful in this role, you must have previous HR admin experience, preferably within a service delivery team environment. You will also need a strong attention to detail, and able to manage high volumes. You must also be educated to GCSE level.
