Working for a large professional services organisation, you will work as part of the graduate recruitment team, ensuring that a high quality process is met across all service lines and offices.

Responsibilities:
*Screening candidate application forms
*Marking psychometric tests and organising testing sessions
*Dealing with candidate queries
*Booking candidates, interviewers and assessors for selection events
*Producing reports
*Ensuring candidate management system is up to date


Experience:

Recruitment experience is necessary, ideally focusing on graduate recruitment
Strong administration skills
Ability to work in a client driven environment
Strong team player
Used to working to high standards and deadlines in a fast paced environment
Educated to degree level
