An excellent permanent opportunity has arisen within a leading international law firm for a Graduate Recruitment Assistant. Working in the City you will assist the graduate recruitment Advisers and Managers across a variety of areas. Duties will include assisting with organising the campus recruitment process, send out advertising materials, arrange first year open day workshops, deal with candidate enquiries and manage the candidate database.
This is a very varied role and you must have a flexible approach and the ability to manage a heavy workload. The ideal candidate would be of graduate level or equivalent and ideally have a minimum of 12 months graduate recruitment or recruitment administration experience. You must be confident using Microsoft office and in particular experience with Excel. A professional attitude and ability to deal with internal and external clients is essential.
