My client requires an Assistant to join their Graduate team on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities will include:
- University liaison- Collating University events with the team calendar, sending out information to careers services
- Arranging workshops / open days and briefings
- Collating the application forms from new graduates
- Organising interviews and sending confirmation
- Ad hoc admin work
The successful candidate will be Graduate with a minimum of 12 months office experience (desirably in graduate recruitment). You will have advanced communication skills and be very organised with a systematic approach to work.
