Recruiting 25 trainees per year you will support all trainees from an HR perspective, including managing seat rotations and employee relations issues that may arise. Working in a process driven methodical way you will also have a flexible approach and the ability to understand the politics of working in a partnership environment. Graduate calibre candidates will ideally have worked in a similar role within the legal sector. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, be a strong team player and really enjoy supporting the development of the firm's new talent.
