Group Reward Manager£55k to £65k + excellent benefits
West Midlands
The key focus of this role will be to lead and be actively involved in the delivery of reward and employment law related policies, practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
-Professional lead on reward practices, policies and processes, management of reward budget.
-Develop and communicate the reward annual planne
-Project management of ad hoc reward projects
-Management of reward and broader project teams as appropriate, to ensure successful delivery of the following processes for the UK and International businesses:
-Annual salary review
-Communication and payment of management incentive
-PMI renewal and communication
-Expat assignment and secondment processes and ongoing management
-Survey input process
-Benchmarking process for UK and International roles
-Lead and be key contributor in the design of management Incentive and project related incentive schemes ensuring consistency across all businesses
Essential Requirements
Qualifications:
-Graduate calibre or equivalent experience level
Know-How:
-In-depth generalist reward knowledge
-Track record of delivering business driven solutions
-Project management
-Excel and financial modelling
Experience / Achievements:
-Operated within an influential corporate role involving exposure to the Board and key executives
-Experience of gaining senior management buy-in to advice and plans
-Experience of working in a fast moving environment, managing multiple projects and delivering to tight deadlines
-Proven ability to plan and prioritise
-Line management experience
