Our client is one of the most successful financial services firms in the Middle East region, with a truly international presence. They are currently growing their operations and are looking for a Regional Head of Resourcing for the Africa region, to be based out of Dubai but with frequent travel. Responsibilities will be incredibly varied, but will include working at both a strategic and also operational level. You will need to attract, develop, engage, deploy and retain a team of Resourcing Managers to ensure that the delivery of recruitment targets is achieved.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in coaching, managing and engaging a team. You will also demonstrate in-depth knowledge of recruitment at a strategic level, leading end-to-end resourcing processes and building creative attraction strategies. Experience of working in a complex, matrixed environment within the financial services is key, as well as proven delivery capabilities. You will need to be an excellent communicator able to build rapport with a variety of different stakeholders, and able to see the big picture while also working on the details. Above all, a pragmatic, problem solving approach is needed.
