Our client is a truly multinational corporation in the healthcare sector with 100,000 employees in 140 countries. They are now looking for their Head of Compensation for their Emerging Markets unit.
This is an exciting opportunity for a degree educated international HR professional with a thorough understanding of Compensation & Benefits in a large multinational organisation. Experience in working in a multifunctional, multinational team and a high degree of results-orientation are expected. A second language and experience working in Asia are a clear benefit. International travel is required. The role may be located in Barcelona, Basel or China.
Salary includes base plus a generous cash bonus and stock eligibility.
