RasGas Company Ltd is a multi-billion dollar venture organisation owned by Qatar Petroleum and ExxonMobil and was established in 1993 to produce liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and related products from the vast natural gas reserves of the State of Qatar.

The Person:

• University Degree in a related discipline
• A minimum of ten to fifteen years experience in learning and development.
• Fluent English
• Recent/current Middle East or other International work experience an advantage

Role Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Training & Development Manager, this role involves:-
.

• Developing a Corporate Training Strategy to ensure all training requirements are met within the company’s high growth environment.
• Providing expert guidance and consultation on all aspects of training to the relevant Line Managers which will enable them to enhance employee development and overall company performance.
• Focus on the development of in-house leadership and supervisory training programs.
• Enhance the current professional/technical skills training programs.
