Our global professional services client, leader in its field, are growing in Eastern Europe, and are therefore looking for an experienced Talent Management and Development professional to head up the Executive Talent and Development across Eastern Europe. The role will be based in Prague, Warsaw or Budapest.
This role will drive the Talent programme in terms of delivery, and develop and role out the talent management process across Eastern Europe using a talent management process, succession planning and executive coaching. As leader of the Development and Talent programme, you will be responsible for the following:
*Coaching Centre of Excellence is effectively launched and its running is continuously improved.
*Undertake individual executive coaching assignments
*Provide guidance and support to Human Capital Leaders to ensure effective talent mapping takes place
*Introduce and continuously improve the talent identification and management tools that underpin the Talent management process
*Develop a talent skills review workshop for senior managers identified with the potential to progress further to facilitate and enhance their development so that they have the appropriate level of skills prior to progression to Director
*Ensure the pipeline of candidates for key roles is both strengthened and developed to meet future business needs through the earlier identification of potential successors and the provision of diverse career experiences and accelerated development as part of a broader talent management strategy
*Design and run talent development programmes for senior partners in new roles (Board members, CMPs, LoS leaders etc)
*Design and Deliver the Leadership Challenge and Apollo Key Talent programmes
