Principal Accountabilities


Ensure that performance of senior managers is managed across the Firm

Ensure the resourcing function provides appropriately skilled people to support the needs of the business and that the function operates in a pro-active manner to resource the Firm with the best-calibre talent available

Oversee the HR information Management of the company

Oversee budgets for the company, dealing at board level on setting annual budgets and how this is allocated with the company

Manage all senior remuneration and benefits for executives and senior managers

Ad hoc HR projects as discussed.
