Our client is seeking a Head of Business Partnering to report to the HR Director and to lead the BP team. The organisation employs 4,800 staff across 3 sites and recognises the importance of the workforce to the successful delivery of high quality, safe and efficient patient care.
You will be the professional lead in the development of workforce strategy and practice and work as an integral member of the directorate leadership team to ensure that the workforce supports business success, both now and in the future.
Other key responsibilities:
· Proactively work with business leaders to support the modernization and performance of the workforce.
· Lead the Business Partner team to provide professional customer focused HR advice and coaching support to senior leaders in the business in the identification and management of workforce issues and major change programmes;
· Develop workforce plans that support local and corporate business strategy;
Support the development, integration and implementation of corporate HR policy and practice through a close understanding of business developments and employment priorities
