ReThink HR is working with a Public Sector client based in Kent. You will report to the HR Director and lead the HR Business Partner team over the 3 sites,
Key Skills required:
• Work alongside with Senior business members to support the performance of the workforce and the implementation of service development strategy.
- Workforce Development - to identify employment issues from workforce trends and to develop the organisations HR interventions to me the business needs.
- To lead the Workforce Planning with Senior Business Leaders and HR Business Partners to ensure the effective HR management of staff through the fair, efficient and pragmatic application of best practice
-Change Management /TUPE experience is advantageous as the candidate wil be required to lead projects
- Coaching Senior Business Leaders and Managers to support the development of people management skills and competence within the organisation.
- To represent the Director of HR in internal and external forums.
Ideally the candidate will have public sector experience.
