Due to a period of upcoming maternity and as a result of a number of changes during this time, my client is seeking an interim Head of HR. This position will be to start in January for a period of 12 months.
Reporting to the HR Director and managing a team of HR professionals including learning and development you will be responsible for building and maintaining senior level relationships and managing a period of transition and change. You will ensure that HR remains in line with the business agenda and continue to develop all people policies and manage development needs.
With previous HR experience within a change environment and experience of managing a merger or acquisition, you will have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. This role is for a high calibre Head of HR/ HR Business Partner with excellent project management and business transformation skills.
