Our client, a leading and well respected business services organisation, are seeking a commercial and hands on Head of HR for a London based role. Managing a team of five HR Managers this position will be to ensure that HR strategy and policy is clearly formed and rolled out to the business.
A proven team manager you will be have a career history working within fast moving, dynamic organisations which might include other B2B companies, service providers or retail based organisations. You will have a demonstrable record of delivering expert, concise and clear HR service to a business with two thousand or more employees and with multiple locations.
Our client has a preference for candidates with the CIPD or equivalent. You may be within a senior HR manager position seeking the next step up or you may be currently operating as an Head of HR but seeking a larger and more challenging client group.
