An exciting opportunity to lead the Human Resources function of a private medical and income protection insurance provider and support the managers and staff to achieve their strategic and operational objectives.
You will be responsible for providing a sound HR service, accurate policies and best practice by creating a strong people management and organisational development strategy which will support the overall business strategic framework.
You will lead organisational change initiatives, manage and develop the HR team, provide guidance and advice on HR policies and procedures at all levels, provide an effective recruitment and retention strategy and accurate and timely management information.
