An exciting new opportunity for an ambitious and experienced HR professional within the organisation. Reporting to the Principal, and part of the Senior Management Team, the postholder will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of Human Resources within the organisation comprising of Personnel, Payrolls and Staff Development.
Applicants must have at least two years HR management experience in a large and complex organisation. Experience of organisational change, HR policy and strategy is essential as is a sound knowledge and application of employment law. Postholders must also have excellent written, oral and presentation skills and be able to consult, negotiate and persuade a range of stakeholders.
