Head of HR for DUBAI

A Leading law firm is looking to hire a head of HR to manage and develop the HR function in a way that produces a measurable positive impact on the performance of the Firm and supports the achievement of the Firm’s strategy

Responsibilities will include will include working along side the management team to develop and implement an HR strategy that supports the achievement of the Firm’s business objectives. You will set the HR Policy and procedure and monitor adherence, and ensure that all policies are regularly monitored and amended if necessary, as well as the introduction of new policies
Defining and administering the firm’s salary and benefits policy, while reviewing market data information and trends and recommending changes to support achievement of company mission to be the employer of choice for legal professionals.
Supervise and monitor the development and implementation of recruitment policy and standards, with support from the HR team ensure that the Firm is provided with effective recruitment services.
As a senior member of the management team you will contribute to the company strategy development, support company initiatives and projects.

Of graduate caliber you will have a long standing track record in legal HR and have a real passion to develop this team. You will understand the partnership structure and have a great understanding of how a law firm is managed.
