My client who are major consumer focused services organisation currently have a need for an experienced Head of HR.
Reporting into the HR Director you will be a key member of the senior management team with the main purpose to provide the business with expert and strategic consultancy and advice on HR, whilst ensuring that the operational delivery of services meets and exceeds expectations.
You will take a lead role in scoping and developing new initiatives within HR and MUST have experience in dealing with Trade Unions.
Ideal candidates will have an extensive background in HR ideally within a consumer, hospitality and services environment.
