An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR professional to work on an Interim basis for 12-18 months for a leading financial organisation based in Birmingham.
The role reports directly into the to actively support senior management in the development of the business model through the development, and implementation of HR policies, strategies and operating frameworks for the entire business and to build and maintain a robust HR capability and service which focuses on the support of business goals and values through the delivery of timely ‘fit for purpose’ operational support and people capability.
