A fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator has arisen within a small HR team. This role would offer great exposure to all generalist areas and an opportunity for the administrator to develop skills and knowledge, through both exposure and working along side senior HR members.
The company is an exciting media client of mine based in central London, the company culture is based on high energy, commitment and passion to the role. They are seeking someone who has a serious interest in HR.
Applicants must have some experience within HR - preferably dealing with Administration or Resourcing.
You should have experience of working within a Media environment.
Responsibilities include:
-providing first-line support to all staff on day-to-day HR matters - all policies and procedures
-administrative support to HR team
-preparing contracts, letters, updating and maintaining all HR documentation
-creating and preparing reports, annually, monthly and on an adhoc basis
-assisting managers and HR with recruitment - screening CVs, writing job specs
-co-ordinating HR activities, including training, recruitment
-advising staff on maternity / paternity / sickness / absence
-involved with weekly and monthly payroll amendments
