An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join the team at Center Parcs.

Based within the village at Sherwood Forest, and reporting directly to the Deputy HR Manager, you will provide personal point of contact for Management and staff within defined area's (Divisions) providing assistance and guidance on the implementation and interpretation of HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, attendance, performance/conduct issues.

In a generalist HR position you will oversee/supervise the HR Administration team, to ensure a smooth and efficient HR administration service provision across the site. It is essential that you have supervisory/management experience.

Other key responsibilities include:

*Provide advice on policy interpretation and monitor implementation by Managers to ensure compliance with employment law and company policies/procedures.
*Assist with training, and awareness raising to operation management and staff on HR related issues, e.g. recruitment, retention, contribution reviews, absence management, employment law and other employment issues as required
*Coordinate all recruitment activity in liaison with relevant Managers and make recommendations/draft submissions for appropriate advertisements etc.
*Provide support to Managers by participation in interviews and selection of staff for positions.
*Management of process, contact and risk assessments and provision of advice for Maternity and other family friendly Policies.
*Assist Managers in disciplinary or grievance investigations or hearings as required.

It is essential that you have a positive can do attitude with at least 12 months HR experience and ideally you will be studying or willing to study for the CIPD qualification.

An attractive benefits package is on offer and salary will be £17,500-£19,200 dependant on experience.
