Due to extensive growth plans, my client is looking to recruit a number of HR Advisors at varying levels. Offering excellent exposure to a wide and prestigious client base within operational HR you will manage employee relation cases from initial query through to resolution.

Key elements of the role will include,
- Providing astute advice to varied levels of management issues such as sickness absence, grievance and disciplinary procedure and workforce management
- Supporting the advancement of policies and procedures
- Involvement in change management projects

Ideally CIPD qualified, you will have at least 3 years experience in an advisory position, and had exposure to complex working environments. You will have a passion for HR and Employment Law, and a desire to continually develop within your field. With varied industry experience you will have excellent employee relations experience and proven experience advising on complex HR issues. Experience of change management situations including redundancy, restructure and mergers/acquisitions is necessary, along with up to date employment law knowledge
