My client is a large charity organisation based in Central Cardiff and are currently looking to recruit an HR Business Partner for an interim position with the possibility of the role turning permanent at the end of Jan 2009.
Successful candidates will be CIPD Qualified with previous experience in a similar position and a minimum of 2 years experience working in an HR environment.
The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the provision of a fully comprehensive holistic and integrated HR service to the division/country/department to support managers to meet their business objectives through the effective use of people resources.
Some Key Responsibilities include:-
* Provide high quality and effective solution focussed advice and guidance on people management issues to Managers.
* Establish credibility as an expert in HR within an operational service across all Hr activities including employee relations, resourcing, development, performance management etc
* Support change management
* Coach, support and challenge managers in their application of HR policies and practices and support their induction and development
* Provide effective, accurate timely reports on designated areas of work
* work with Strategic Heads of HR to continuously promote best practice
