This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Public Sector organisation based in the Cheltenham area. You will be working for a well known employer, with around 70 employees in total and working in a small HR team of 4. This position is reporting into the HR Manager and you will manage a team of 2 including a HR Administrator and a HR Officer.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the following areas;
Writing policies and reviewing existing policies for the organisation
Some experience in Learning and Development and an interest in this area
Experience of previous management
Employee relations, dealing with and conducting disciplinaries and grievances
You will ideally be CIPD qualified or studying towards the qualification. Some experience of working in the Public Sector would be excellent although not essential.
