Partnering a client group of around front-office staff you will be expected perform the whole range of Business Partners responsibilities to an exacting standard.
You will have demonstrable experience of managing Employee Relations issues, Performance management and Learning and development initiatives for previous client basis. You will also have experience of the resourcing of your client base, understanding the effects of it strategic direction on the resourcing needs.
