An experienced HR Business Partner is required to join this Retail Bank to face off to a global audit client group. You will work in partnership with business leaders as a real business player, contributing to the development of the business areas agenda and strategy. You will be an active and influential player enabling the effective diagnosis of business issues/ strategy and goals, whilst initiating, designing and brilliantly executing integrated people solutions that address key business drivers
In additional you will challenge, provoke and coach business leaders on how to engage employees and address resulting people issues and build people capabilities effectively as well as driving the raising of the performance bar and building a strong and rigourous development culture

Managing the Business Agenda (20%)
* Deliver HR Services aligned with business priorities
* Help diagnose business issues and develop HR interventions and solutions that deliver against the key business priorities and which drive a high performance culture
* Take a proactive role in the diagnosis and implementation of major change within business areas
Governance and Risk Management (10%)
* Take accountability for partnering with business leaders in maintaining and monitoring the Group Standard for People risk within the business area, identifying potential breaches in standards and initiating action to address these
* Take accountability for HR compliance within the business area for all FSA regulatory requirements in partnership with Compliance and Business Leaders ·
Recruitment (10%)
* Recruit A players. Know markets for talent
Reward/Compensation and Benefits (15%)
* Ensure Payround is delivered
* Ensure aggregate comp spend is appropriate and limited to performance
* Ensure compensation is differentiated

* Educate line managers
Employee Relations/OD and Change (10%)
* Implement and advise on OD
* Ensure policies on employee relations are followed
* Negotiate with AMICUS when required
* Exit of employees in an effective manner

* Identify and develop talent ensuring link to reward and job opportunity
Leadership, Learning and Development (10%)
* Ensure appropriate learning and development solutions
* Identify training needs and plan for delivery
* Ensure training course delivery
Commercials/MI (5%)
