HR Business Partner – Corporate Head Office - Projects
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £45-60,000 + benefits

Position Description:

This position requires an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to effectively provide day-to-day HR support for projects across the business The role requires a successful HRBP who can effectively multi-task while providing excellent customer service and build solid working relationships with their line clients and HR partner areas in order to effectively manage client matters independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of effective human resources business partnering and administration support for assigned client groups
• Adeptly advise and counsel managers on human capital, talent management, performance concerns and conflict resolution
• Coach managers and employees re: the interpretation of Firm policies and procedures in a consistent manner to ensure compliance
• Effectively partner with Line Managers involuntary termination matters
• Liaise with our resourcing to ensure effective recruitment support for line clients
• •Liaise with our Learning Business Partner to support functional area training needs
• Manage and/or coordinate the annual promotion process as needed
• Support Group HR Business Partner on all human capital processes, as needed
Provide true business partnering
Working extensively on projects across the business

Experience and Skills Required/Desired:

• Experience in an Head Office, Retail or FMCG environment
Degree educated or equivalent
Successful HR experience as an effective HR Business Partner/ Generalist
• Proven relationship management experience and ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
•Employee relations expertise and common-sense approach re: atypical day-to-day matters that may arise
•Proactive, service-oriented manner and ability to deal effectively with a diverse and demanding client base
•Pragmatic and able to balance and deliver on a broad range of challenges and tasks
• Effective written and oral communications skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment in an organized and efficient manner
• Demonstrate sound judgment and attention to detail
• Assertive self-starter and independent thinker with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PeopleSoft, Outlook
• Experience leading deployment initiatives and/or large scale HR projects a plus
