Delivering Human Capital Plan for the business
Ensuring HR interventions are aligned to business strategy
Supporting Business Unit leaders with 3 year manpower planning
Talent Management
Resolving complex HR queries
You will need to be a commercially aware HR Business Partner, with strong project management skills, employment legislation, and all-round generalist experience. Ideally you will have worked within a large multinational with exposure to change management.
