Our client are a not-for-profit organisation looking to build upon their HRBP structure
In this role you will work closely alongside relevant Heads of Service, as a credible and respected Business Partner, to embed a strategic approach to Human Resources Management and Development that results in more effective front line service delivery and practice improvement within localised teams and across the organisation.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Providing a strategic interface between senior managers and other stakeholders
- Using MI and workforce planning information to identify people management and performance issues
- Coaching managers to deal with complex ER issues
- Taking the lead professional advisory role on complete spectrum of complex employment relations You will be an innovative individual, focused on driving HR service improvment, be able to operate a strategic level, influence key stakeholders and offer a highly professional service.
