My Client is looking for a HR Business Partner to join them for a 12 month assignment.
The HR Business Partner will be brought on board to provide a professional HR support and advice on best practise, employment issues and the Companies processes to the business
Key Responsibilities:-
*HR Business Partner: provide support and advise on full range of people management issues to include:
Recruitment - (within framework of resourcing team accountabilities)
Case management for disciplinary, efficiency, grievance, and harassment.
Advise on the company's policy, and practice
Exit management, including re-organisation/redundancy and retirement
General employment law
Performance management and induction
Pay and benefits
Relocation
*Assist business to formulate and implement local people management strategies
*Act as a HR subject leader on one or more functional areas of expertise. For example, diversity, International assignments and HR management, TUPE, Performance Management, HRIS, Supplier interface (payroll, EAP, OH), Employee Relations, Occupational assessment, Pay and benefits.
*Policy and Practice: Manage or participate in HR strategic projects, from concept through to full business delivery including supporting commercial bids
You will ideally be CIPD graduate or above, flexible and adaptable and a team player.
