The Background

An opportunity has come up for a HR Business Partner for a leading professional services organisation to cover an interim 6-month contract. This is a strategic HR position and a fantastic opportunity to provide a first line partnering with the business following a restructure.

The Role

Providing HR support and guidance you’ll deliver a generalist operational HR service to support the needs of the business and proactively contribute to the development of its people and policies. This will be a demanding and varied autonomous role, where you will be responsible for advising and developing HR policies & procedures. Driving change initiatives, dealing with rewards and L+D initiatives in order to drive the business forward

The person

We are seeking a motivated and genuinely enthusiastic individual who has enjoyed a solid grounding in generalist HR issues and is now seeking an opportunity to further develop their skills and experience and challenge their abilities in a hands on, operational role. Good knowledge of current UK employment law and HR Best practice is essential. You will be confident in providing accurate advice to managers and employees.
