Make this role your own!

If you're seeking a full generalist remit, and want to continue your involvement with a front office workforce, then this could be the role for you.

You'll need to have proven experience in confidently delivering advice on a range of HR issues to senior managers. You'll have a solid understanding of European labour law, HR policies and processes, and statutory employee benefit entitlements.

You'll experience all aspects of HR operations and strategies as part of a small team who work across all facets of the business. You'll have a load of autonomy to effect improvements, with the backup of a head office HR team in London.

You'll have a partnership approach to HR as you strive to find pro active ways to improve business efficiencies and operations.

Ideally you'll have a strong academic history. You'll be fluent in English and French.

Due to the growth within this organisation, a key part of your remit initially will be on talent identification and retention, in addition to your generalist responsibilities.

If this sounds like a blend of responsibilities that you will enjoy, contact me in confidence today!

Given that you'll need to "hit the ground running" experience working within either a investment bank, equity firm, asset management firm or hedge fund environment will be essential.

This employer is offering realistic work hours, excellent resources, and a generous salary package. The HR team is friendly and professional, and really gaining a good profile within the business. The workforce, whilst demanding, are intelligent, open to new ideas, and committed to the success of this company. In all - a nice environment!

Interviews are being held this week with a view to a 2009 start.
