In partnership with the divisional head, this is an opportunity to advise, facilitate and coordinate the people plan that will enable delivery of agreed business objectives. Driving the HR agenda, you will provide support to the management population, promoting a high performance culture throughout the organisation. Key areas of your focus will include; organisation change and development, talent management & succession planning, reward & recognition, resourcing, and learning and development. Needless to say, you will have the opportunity to contribute and in some cases take the lead in wider HR projects.
