An HR Business Partner is required by a large blue chip organisation for a 6 month contract. Reporting to the HR Director the main focus of your role is to be a key member of the management team providing the people expertise for HR planning. The core activity for the role is identifying, developing and ensuring implementation of value added HR solutions derived from business plans based on a thorough commercial understanding.
Key responsibilities include:
• Champion HR initiatives across the business unit and build effective relationships with stakeholders in order to influence the business agenda
• Work with Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development to project seamless service to clients
• Ensure that Advisors adopt a coaching and guidance position in helping managers to work with the HR model
• Ensure effective resourcing within headcount budgets and support the retention and development of employees
• Initiate and act as change agents leading, supporting, contributing to change management programmes that will achieve the delivery of key business objectives
You will be immediately available and able to commit to the full term of the contract. You will possess an impressive HR track record gained within a commercially focused, fast-paced environment.
