Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £40-55,000 + benefits

We are looking for a dynamic, organised self-starter to join Their Human Resources department as a HR Business Partner.

This individual must take a hands-on approach and be comfortable communicating with all levels of management and employees, both internal and external to the head office. Job responsibilities will include:

• Will provide coaching, training and mentorship to management team
• Assist employees with problem resolution.
• Develop and implement employee surveys and questionnaires, including exit interviews.
• Support internal customers to assure questions and concerns are being addressed.
• Develop and implement new policies, procedures and programs as directed.
• Assure all employment regulations are met and manage employment liability for the organization.
• Proactive resource to the recruiting and training managers.
• Act as a liaison between Managers and associates to resolve issues.
• Participate in New Hire Orientation for policies/resource.
• Conduct trainings, develop management and associate trainings.
• Generate reports for the HR Manager relating to all HR issues.
• Stay current with issues and concerns related to the work environment sand partner and work towards joint business objectives.
The person:

• Degree educated or equivalent
• HR Business Partner experience within Retail or FMCG
• Resume that shows progression in HR Management
• Evidence of stretch assignments that reflect superior performance in previous roles.
• Experience in Blue chip large and complex organisations of pace
