The purpose of the role is to develop and provide a comprehensive HR service, as well as being a key member of the management team ensuring that policies and procedures are implemented. You will champion, drive and embed the workforce agenda and ensure it is integral to objectives and the business planning process.
You will work alongside other Business partners across the organisation and provide a generalist HR service to the organisation including dealing with disciplinaries and grievances, sickness and absence monitoring, and other Employee relations cases.
You will also look at driving performance, particularly through coaching of line managers and support of their capability.
Person Specification
You need to be a confident, decisive and well established HR professional, who is experienced in working with the Business Partner Model.
