Our client, a not-for-profit organisation located in Central London is looking to recruit an HR Business Partner specialising in Learning & Development to join them initially on a temporary basis but with potential consideration for a permanent position.

Working in a newly created HR structure, your role will report directly to the HR Director and work closely with the other HR Business Partners to provide a high quality, client facing role.

The role requires highly developed HR knowledge and skills together with specialist knowledge in Learning & Development. The role holder will lead the learning and development planning activity and will design and deliver (both personally and by utilising external suppliers and internal resources) high quality learning and development tools, processes and programmes.

Role requirements include:

*Graduate Calibre, CIPD qualified (desirable)
*First class communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence employees at all levels and from all disciplines within the organisation.
*Flexible and focused on deliverables, and the ability to work in a changing environment.
*Resilience and able to multi-task. Demonstrate a consistent ability and drive to achieve agreed targets, overcoming obstacles to success.
*Ability to challenge perceptions while influencing and building strong relationships organisation wide.
*Knowledge of employment law and practice including employee relations, recruitment, leadership and skills development, diversity and performance management.
*Experience in coordinating training plans for new employees.
*Experience in advising and coaching line managers in carrying out learning and development responsibilities.
