This large organisation is looking to recruit an HR Business Partner for a maternity cover contract to work within a busy HR team. This role will give you exposure to a full generalist remit as you will be involved in every aspect of a full HR role across a client group. You will work closely with line managers, offering advice on employment law and trade union agreements, company benefits, succession planning, resourcing, and strategic recruitment initiatives in this busy role.
Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards it, you will have strong generalist experience and strong knowledge of employment law and ideally trade union legislation. You will have experience of working in a large corporate organisation dealing with complex ER cases. Experience within manufacturing, construction or FMCG industries would be beneficial.
