This large retail organisation based in central london is looking to recruit an HR Business Partner based in their london offices but responsible for sites nationally. This is a full generalist role covering employee relations, performance management, coaching, succession planning and talent management. You will operate at all levels within the business up to senior management and work autonomously. It is essential that you have extensive HR experience within a multi site role in the retail sector. CIPD qualification would be advantageous along with strong knowledge of UK Employment Law.
