Key responsibilities include:
*To attract and select the best talent through the application and development of appropriate attraction strategies and the delivery of assessment centres
*Support in the delivery of disciplinary and capability procedures to maintain company standards with regards to conduct, process and performance
*Administer reward and pay review systems effectively to aid employee retention
*Proactively coach management skills where ever possible
*Risk manage Heath and safety within a defined client group
*Maintain a consistent approach to organisational design, monitoring for inefficiencies, inequities or poor job design to ensure optimum performance in roles., taking corrective action where required including redundancy consultations, managing TUPE issues etc
The ideal candidate for this role will be of graduate calibre and CIPD qualification is preferred. A Detailed and practical understanding of employment law is required. Experience of facilitation, recruitment process design, disciplinary and grievance management, Health and Safety, board level presentations are also preferable.
