Our client is a leading financial services organisation currently going through a period of change where HR is aligning to the business to achieve and exceed in the business objectives. To be a part of this cultural transformation you will have had a similar exposure to changing the HR service from traditional HR to proactive business partnering, and understand the frustrations and challenges which come with that journey.
You will be an accomplished HR generalist who through your influencing and customer focus skills can work with the business on achieving the commercial goals, whilst also appreciating the need to cover some of the operational HR matters. You will have worked in forward thinking companies where HR truly has a seat at the table with demonstrable value added outcomes.
