Challenging and exciting times lay ahead for the post of HR Business Partner, as well as the HR function, in this health sector charitable institution as they adopt a Business Partner approach.

To succeed in this post, an experienced HR Business Partner is required with the proven ability to advise, coach and influence managers and directors, especially through this period of significant change and conflicting priorities, to embed the business partner approach.

This will require you to quickly establish credibility and build trusting relationships through effective communication and application of sound HR solutions in delivering the organisational agenda. A successful track record of working alongside a business management team would therefore be expected.

This role will be a mix of operational and strategic activities and involve substantial policy and procedure reviews, employee relations management and stakeholder coaching, in line with business objectives.
